2013 Western Road Trip Day 29, June 27th

We left Forest City, AR this morning with continuing home as our only objective. Once  again we encountered construction, slow traffic, and lots of tractor trailer trucks. Our trip odometer turned over 10,000 miles today! The outside temperatures are at least cooler. Gasoline remains in the $3.29 a gallon range today which helps because for most of the trip it was in the $3.95 range.

The only photos Babs took today were when we crossed the Mississippi River from AR to Memphis, TN.

Tonight we are in Wytheville, VA at a Hampton Inn. We drove later tonight so that we could beat the I-66 rush hour traffic. We will be home tomorrow WOO-HOO!
